“Communicating with us (Angels) is wonderful. We love when you ask us questions and seek our guidance. We are thrilled to be of service and we applaud you for keeping the channels of communication open.
“It is easy to allow the distractions of your physical world to divert your attention. So many of you have become so absorbed in the physical that you have forgotten that your source is spiritual.
“When you forget that you are spiritual above all else, this leads to all kinds of confusion and suffering. You forget the true nature of who you are and believe yourself to be something entirely different. We are not saying that you have to ignore your physical world and your physicality, that is not the purpose of your life experience. What would be of most benefit is to find balance between the physical and the spiritual.
“When you are out of balance, being only in the physical you feel disconnected, empty, wanting. When you associate only with the spiritual, you forget to ground yourself in this reality and nurture your physical needs because these too are very real.
“So, find the balance. Be in the physical world but know that your source, your essence is spiritual. Connect with this side of you daily, form a bond that nothing can divide, that no physical distractions can separate you from your knowingness of who you really are. Be so sure of your spiritual nature, know it, love it, be it.
“This will bring you peace. This will bring you assurance. This will bring balance to your life.”
