Today I am going to take you through a practice that I absolutely love and I recommend everyone should do this. It’s a practice that I first discovered through the book Creative Visualisation by Shakti Gawain. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it, there are some amazing practices in it. It’s a book I always go back to again and again. This practice is adapted from a process in that book but also from other teachers I’ve learnt from and through my own personal practice.

For today’s guided meditation, you are going to be getting into a space where you recharge your energy, your soul and get into a high vibration.

I call this Plugging In because it is exactly like recharging your phone. You plug your phone in and you see the bars filling up and when it’s charged you see full bars. When your energy is depleted it’s like those bars are going down and you are operating on empty. Most people don’t know how to recharge themselves, they are very good at recharging their phones but not their own energy! I’m going to teach you how to do that today so that you are running on full bars and you are able to maintain that high energy through plugging into your source.

Your source of energy is the Universe/God, and energy comes from the divine is very uplifting and powerful. If we are only connected to that spiritual energy however, We are living up in the clouds or “away with the fairies” as some might say and we are disconnected from grounding, nurturing earth energy. In order to balance that energy we need to be grounded.

I am going to teach you how to connect with divine energy from source and to the earthing and grounding energy of Mother Earth. We all need that balance of the two. If you have one more than the other, you become misaligned and you are not functioning at your optimal energy.

Make sure to put aside some time to remain without distraction so you can fully appreciate the meditation and deeply connect with the energy. You may want to set up a sacred space by lighting some candles or incense and creating a sanctuary for yourself. This is your time to recharge and to give back to yourself.

So get ready and enjoy the ride!

“We have talked about this subject of faith before. Your guidance is to have faith but you wonder how? How can you have faith in times of stress, in times of great worry and in times of pain? We say it is in these times when you must have the greatest faith. But yes, in answer to your question we will explain how.

“Faith comes not through worry but in letting go of worry.

“Faith comes not through control but in releasing control.

“Faith come not through striving but through ease and flow.

“How can you nurture these states? You have heard the phrase “let go and let God” but what does this mean? It means first believing that there is a force greater than you “running the show.” This concept is known to you but not believed. If you truly believed it, faith would not be an issue.

“You feel alone and isolated. You rely on your own power instead of tapping into your source. To use an analogy, it’s like running on battery power instead of plugging into an endless supply generated from a power station. Once you plug in you can draw as much energy as needed. In your case this means when you align with source energy, you have all the power you need but also all the creative ideas, the feeling of being in flow rather than going against the current, the insight, the ability and everything else you could want.

“It is not enough to plug in once a day to recharge. To gain most benefit, you must remain plugged in at all times. We will teach you how to do this. For now know that all is well. You are loved beyond measure. And when the time is right your faith will lead you home. To a place long forgotten but never lost. To a place more magnificent than words can describe. When you get there, you will know beyond any doubt.”

“Have faith. Your prayers are being answered. You My Beloved are very special. You are not without guidance. Follow your guidance and all will be well.

“We are here to assist you as it is our purpose to do so. Your guidance is to follow the promptings of your heart. Listen to it’s whisperings. It speaks to you often but you do not hear. You’re consumed by the noise in your head, the chatter of your mind.

“Your mind has reason but your heart knows best. Your heart will lead you beyond the limitations of the mind into potential and possibility.

“Of course this is natural but it has become unnatural for you. Instead of effortlessly following your heart, you choose to engage only the mind. And this is where your error lies.

“The mind knows not of freedom and possibility, it knows only problems and difficulty.

“Serve not the mind, engage your loving heart. Leave space for its guidance.”
