“Take a moment to rise up out of your body. Allow yourself to ascend upwards. See yourself looking down on your body, your surroundings, your country, the world… And still you continue to rise up through space, until eventually you reach the void.
“This is beyond space and time as you know it. Here lies all wisdom, all knowledge, all thought, yet, it is completely still and silent. A place of nothingness and everything. Here, there are no worries, no pain, no struggle, just perfect peace. Here you can find the answers to any question you might have. In truth, no answer is needed in this place as no questions need to be asked. There is only truth and truth is known.
“You can spend some time here to recharge. Close your eyes and connect with this space.
“When you decide to come back, you simply descend through space and time, back into your body. When you return you will have the answer or else the question will no longer be relevant.
“Return as often as needed to rest and recharge.”
